Great hojicha powder (even better than cafes out there sorry 😆) Best ratio (for me) 3-4g hojicha powder, 6-7g brown sugar (the best), cold whisk with 60-70ml milk (oatside), then pour in iced milk (70-100ml)

A great hojicha starter

Haven’t tried hojicha aside from pickup coffee before which i alr forgot hahahaha this one has a seaweed-y aftertaste but over time i rlly dont mind it anymore. Love this for my everyday lattes and alternative for my matcha :)
