What is matcha?

Matcha is a finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea leaves. It is traditionally consumed in Japan and is known for its vibrant green color, earthy flavor, and health benefits.

Matcha is rich in antioxidants, boosts metabolism, provides sustained energy without the crash, and supports relaxation and mental clarity due to its high L-theanine content.

What makes your matcha different?

We source our matcha directly from sustainable farms in Japan, ensuring it is ceremonial-grade, organic, and stone-ground for the best taste and nutritional value.

How should I store matcha?

Keep your matcha in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. Refrigeration is recommended after opening to preserve freshness.

How do I prepare a traditional cup of matcha?

Whisk 1–2 teaspoons of matcha with 2 ounces of hot (not boiling) water using a bamboo whisk (chasen) until frothy. Add more hot water or milk to taste.
