I use 2 tsps for my matcha latte and it already taste good without any sweetener. It pairs perfectly well with oat milk (iced), while I prefer drinking it hot with soy milk. It’s umami taste and earthiness is balanced, and it has the right amount of sweetness to it.
I use 3 tsps for baking cookies and I can say that it tastes really really great! It’s sad that I’d have to wait to buy another matcha can (bc it’s expensive 😅) so I can bake matcha cookies again. Nevertheless, I’d definitely recommend trying this one and I’d definitely buy this again!!
Very earthy, vibrant and saturated. I love it, I think you guys should try it too. Will definitely buy again <3
